With a National network of stores to service, the business is controlled from its Head Office based in the West Midlands. A team of territory Managers has been established, with regional responsibility for a group of stores. Their role is to ensure that Merchandising and training procedures are consistent across our retail portfolio; using Head Office originated procedures and manuals as a directive.

Customer services is a priority for Roman originals, with a specific 'no hard sell directive' and the tradition of good old fashioned customer service being part of the family's philosophy.

By listening to their customers and Staff, Roman Originals Design team are able to closely match their customers' size requirements from and quickly respond to changing fashions, without forgetting the need for value and quality.

Many of their garments are specifically sourced and manufactured from fabrics, which are exclusive to Roman Originals. Their growing team of expert designers travel the globe to source clothing to meet their customers changing needs.

Designs are converted into patterns which form the basis of a strict QC which is adhered to by Roman Originals manufactures. Roman Originals have invested in Retail systems, developed over a number of years, which now enable the Merchandise Allocation team to accurately distribute products where they are most needed.

All merchandise is delivered by RO's own fleet of vehicles, providing a total service proposition to our retailers. The customer service team is based in house, and forms a key link between customers and the Head Office team.
